教师意识视角下“双减”政策落实的难点与突破 被引量:6

Difficulties and Breakthroughs in the Implementation of the“Double Reduction”Policy from the Perspective of Teacher Awareness

摘要 “双减”政策从校内教育与校外培训双向发力,初衷是助推基础教育阶段学生的学习回归学校主阵地,为基础教育正轨。实现“双减”政策这一目的指向的难点在于:“内卷”环境下教师难免身心疲累;学校教学质量仍存在“低迷”态势;看待学生多以智育先行,学业成绩占据评价主位。推动“双减”政策的有效落实,应从极为关键而根本的教师意识层面入手,养成教师育才兴邦的责任意识,建构教师个体的身份认同;构建自检自省的自我反思意识,由内而外协同塑造;提高教师专业发展意识,从教师自身与教育系统共同助推;树立教师循规育人的科学意识,搭建五育并举的育人格局。 The“double reduction”policy,which focuses on both in-school education and off-school training,is intended to help students in the basic education stage return to the main position of the school and put basic education on track.The difficulties in achieving the goal of the"double reduction"policy are:teachers are inevitably physically and mentally tired under the“involution”environment.The quality of school teaching is still in a“downturn”situation.Students are often judged by intellectual education as the first priority,and academic achievements occupy the main evaluation position.To promote the effective implementation of the“double reduction”policy,we should start with the crucial and fundamental level of teachers-awareness,cultivate the sense of responsibility of teachers in cultivating talents and rejuvenating the country,and construct the identity of individual teachers.Build a self reflective awareness of self inspection and self reflection,and shape it from the inside out.Improve teachers-awareness of professional development,and promote it from both teachers themselves and the education system.Establish the scientific awareness of teachers in educating students based on regulations,and establish a pattern of educating with simultaneous de⁃velopment of the five-dimension educations.
