人力资源服务产业园作为中国特色的以空间集聚、资源共享为基本特征的促进就业创业和优化人才流动配置的重要抓手,已发展成为我国人力资源服务业的重要载体和平台,在推动人力资源服务业发展方面发挥了积极作用。但在建设规划、管理体制机制、政策体系、产业集聚、发展模式、园区服务、创新能力及可持续发展等方面也存在一些问题。随着人力资源服务产业园建设的深入,构建产业园建设高质量发展标准化体系显得越来越重要,要构建产业园建设标准化体系、产业园服务标准体系、创新体系、考核评价体系。要充分发挥标准化在人力资源服务产业园建设和发展中的重要支撑作用,以标准化建设推动产业园建设创新,促进人力资源服务行业的高质量发展。

As an important hand to promote employment and entrepreneurship and optimize the fl ow and allocation of talents with Chinese characteristics of spatial agglomeration and resource sharing,the human resource service industrial park has developed into an important carrier and platform of China’s human resource service industry and played a positive role in promoting the development of the human resource service industry.However,there are also many problems in construction planning,management system and mechanism,policy system,industrial agglomeration,development mode,park service,innovation ability and sustainable development.With the deepening of the construction of the human resource service industrial park,it is increasingly important to establish a standardization system for the construction and high-quality development of the industrial park.It is necessary to establish a standardization system for construction of industrial parks,a service standard system for industrial parks,an innovation system,and an evaluation system.It is necessary to give full play to the important supporting role of standardization in the construction and development of the human resource service industrial park,promote the innovation of industrial park construction with standardized construction,and promote the high-quality development of the human resource service industry.
