数字集群模式下消防救援现场通信组网方式研究

摘要 消防救援队伍遂行重大灾害事故处置过程中,现场通信保障通常会受到现场环境、建筑结构、参战力量等多个因素的实际影响,导致处置现场通信秩序混乱及战斗命令传达不畅等现象出现,严重影响了灾害事故现场实战处置工作的正常开展以及消防救援人员战斗力的充分发挥,后方指挥部与一线救援人员之间“最后一公里”通信指挥难题逐渐成了影响队伍战斗力生成的顽疾类问题。基于以上问题,结合一线消防救援队伍通信保障装备的实际配置,对灾害事故现场通信保障工作开展过程中存在的相关问题进行逐一分析,并提出了可行性较强的针对性整改措施。 In the process of handling major disasters by fire and rescue teams,on-site communication support is usually affected by many factors such as the on-site environment, building structure, and participating forces, resulting in chaotic on-site communication and poor communication of combat orders. It has seriously affected the normal development of the actual combat disposal work at the scene of disasters and the full play of the combat effectiveness of fire and rescue personnel. The "last mile" communication and command problem between the rear headquarters and front-line rescue personnel has gradually become a persistent problem affecting the generation of the team’s combat effectiveness. Based on the above problems, combined with the actual configuration of the communication support equipment of the front-line fire and rescue team, the relevant problems existing in the process of carrying out the communication support work on the scene of disasters are analyzed one by one, and feasible targeted rectification measures are proposed.
