现代消防救援专业化队伍建设研究

现阶段,在“全灾种、大应急”背景下,消防救援队伍的专业化水平在实战中显现出些许不足,无法完全满足救援任务的需求。而消防救援专业化队伍的建设,可以全方位提升消防人员的综合应急救援能力,降低事故灾害中的人员伤亡与财产损失。因此,先对消防救援专业化队伍建设过程中存在的问题进行分析,随后提出相应的对策,以期为相关工作的开展提供一定参考。

At this stage, the professional level of fire and rescue teams under the background of "comprehensive disaster and coordinated emergency" is slightly insufficient in actual combat, and it cannot fully meet the needs of rescue missions. The construction of professional fire and rescue teams can comprehensively improve the comprehensive emergency rescue capabilities of firefighters and reduce casualties and property losses in accidents.Therefore, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of professional fire and rescue teams, and then proposes corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide references for the development of related work.
