产教融合背景下高职工业互联网技术人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Industrial Internet Technical Talents in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

我国工业互联网发展正步入快速成长期,工业互联网技术人才紧缺成为制约企业智能化和网络化升级的瓶颈。高职工业互联网技术人才培养在育人机制、课程体系、师资建设和实习实训等方面还存在一定的问题。基于产业学院的“互嵌互融”,提升工业互联网技术人才培养质量需要推进产教深度融合,加强校企双向赋能,构建能力递进式专业课程体系。

China′s Industrial Internet is entering a rapid growth period,and the shortage of Industrial Internet of Things technology talents has become a bottleneck restricting the intelligent and networked upgrading of enterprises.There are still some problems in the cultivation of Industrial Internet technology talents in higher vocational colleges,such as the education mechanism,curriculum system,teacher construction and practical training.Based on the“mutual integration”of the industrial college,improving the quality of Industrial Internet technology talent training needs to promote the in-depth integration of industry and education,strengthen the two-way empowerment of schools and enterprises,and build a professional curriculum system with progressive capabilities.
