摘要
应用型高校劳动教育是国家全面育人体系构建的重要内容,其育人功能的有效发挥对学生个人发展具有重要的现实意义。然而,实践中,劳动教育难以融入人才培养全过程,以及学习经验难以确定和组织的困境限制了应用型高校劳动教育的发展。为此,应用型高校需要在劳动教育课程建设、知识挖掘以及教师劳动素养提升方面做出必要改变。
Labor education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is an important part of the construction of the national comprehensive education system, and the effective play of its education function is of great practical significance to the individual development of students. However, in practice, it is difficult to integrate labor education into the whole process of talent cultivation, and learning experiences are difficult to identify and organize, which limits the development of labor education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges. Therefore, for application-oriented undergraduate colleges, it is necessary to make necessary changes in the construction of labor education curricula, knowledge mining and the improvement of teachers′ labor literacy.
