摘要
社区能源管理优化控制可有效优化用户用能结构,缓解新型终端负荷对电网带来的影响。提出了面向互动用能的家庭、社区两级能源管理分层优化控制方法,考虑用户舒适度,建立家庭负荷功率偏差最小的上层优化目标,并考虑电动汽车有序充电和社区储能设备充放电,建立各时段内社区负荷波动均方差最小的下层优化目标。采用基于粒子群优化算法对分层优化控制模型进行求解,通过算例验证了分层优化控制模型的有效性。
The optimization control of community energy management can effectively improve users’energy consumption structure,which could mitigate the impact of new terminal load on the power grid.This paper proposes a hierarchical optimization control method of energy management for interactive energy using at home and in the community.It sets an upper optimization objective of minimizing household load power deviation on the account of user comfort,and a lower optimization objective of minimizing communal load fluctuation quadratic mean deviation in every period with the consideration of orderly charge of electric vehicles and charge and discharge of communal energy storage equipments.The Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to solve the hierarchical optimization control model,and the effectiveness of this model is verified by the example.
