摘要
针对公路养护装备种类多、分散性大和工作参数难以实时查看等问题,提出了基于蓝牙通信和Android平台的养护装备监控系统,实现养护装备的实时监控和远程管理。采用CAN转蓝牙的方式将养护装备的作业参数进行无线传输,利用Android平台设计总线参数采集、数据显示和传输模块,并借助C/S架构和SQLite数据库构建了公路养护装备的参数监控系统。以高速公路用绿篱机为对象,进行了功能试验。结果表明:设计的监控系统可以实现对绿篱机的远程监控、数据存储与数据展示,实现了养护装备作业参数的实时监控,解决了养护装备管理困难的问题。
Aiming at the problems of diversity,large dispersion and difficulty in real-time viewing of working parameters of maintenance equipment,a monitoring app based on Bluetooth communication and Android platform is proposed to realize real-time monitoring and remote management of maintenance equipment. The real time operating parameters of the maintenance equipment are transmitted wirelessly through CAN to Bluetooth,the CAN bus parameter acquisition,data display and data transmission modules are designed by using C/S architecture and SQLite database,and the app function was verified on the highway hedge trimmer. The results show that the designed monitoring system can not only realize the remote monitoring,data storage and data display of the hedge trimmer,but also realize the real-time monitoring of the operation parameters of the maintenance equipment through the mobile APP,which solves the problem of difficult management of the maintenance equipment.
