塔城滇金丝猴公园野生动物旅游感知特征研究

Research on the Perception Characteristics of Wildlife Tourism in the Tacheng Rhinopithecus Bieti National Park

以塔城滇金丝猴公园为研究对象,选取目标旅游网站260条点评文本为研究素材,运用ROST CM6对文本材料进行词频分析、网络文本分析及情感分析,探究旅游者在野生动物旅游中的感知及特征。结果表明:旅游者对滇金丝猴旅游感知可以简单总结为“四维度三特征”,主要集中在旅游地特征、核心吸引物(滇金丝猴)、旅游活动及服务、旅游者感受四个维度,展现出滇金丝猴的独特性、体验项目的生态性和旅游者时间感知的显著性三个特征;野生动物旅游者追求感知性体验,旅游体验满意度较好,旅游者对滇金丝猴公园积极情绪较高;野外生境型动物旅游活动的开展要充分基于保护原则,开展具有教育意义的多样化生态体验活动;滇金丝猴公园的旅游服务及交通可进入性有待完善。

Taking the Rhinopithecus Bieti National Park in Tacheng as the research object,selects 260 comments on the target tourism website as the research material.ROST CM6 is used for word frequency analysis,network text analysis and sentiment analysis,to explore the perception and characteristics of tourists in wildlife tourism.The results show that tourists′perception of Yunnan golden monkey can be simply summarized as′4 dimensions and 3 characteristics′.Mainly focuses on 4 dimensions of the characteristics of tourist destination,core attractions(Yunnan golden monkey),tourism activities and services,and tourism experience,showing 3 characteristics of distinct uniqueness of Yunnan golden monkey,ecological nature of experience projects,and significant time perception of tourists;wild animal tourists pursue perceptual experience,have good satisfaction with tourism experience,and have high positive emotions towards the Rhinopithecus Bieti National Park;the development of wild habitat animal tourism activities should be fully based on the protection principle,and carry out rich ecological experience activities with educational significance;the tourism service and traffic accessibility of the Rhinopithecus Bieti National Park need to be improved.
