Comparison of Rural Characteristic Industries of Grape Between Pingdu and Laixi in Qingdao

产业振兴是乡村振兴战略的基础和关键,乡村特色产业则是产业振兴的重要动能。基于实地调研资料和统计年鉴数据,采用比较分析法,分析青岛地区平度、莱西两地鲜食葡萄产业的发展情况,探寻导致两地鲜食葡萄产业发展存在差异的原因。基于此,提出要发展乡村特色产业基于地方特色资源、利用好地方资源禀赋和产业优势外,应在尊重产业相关主体地位的同时,通过基层政府与基层组织的引导,以产业融合为动力发展全产业链,坚持多方合力与多元参与,形成资金、技术、人才、信息、设施等要素的聚集,才能推动产业的持续健康发展。

Industrial revitalization is the foundation and key to the rural revitalization strategy,and rural characteristic industries are an important driving force for industrial revitalization.Based on field investigation data and statistical yearbook data,the development of grape industry in Pingdu and Laixi of Qingdao was analyzed by comparative analysis.The reasons for the differences in the development of fresh grape industry between the 2 regions were explored.Based on this,the study puts forward the development of rural characteristic industries should be based on local characteristic resources and make good use of local resource endowments and industrial advantages.At the same time,we should respect the dominant position of the industry,and develop the whole industrial chain with industrial integration as the driving force with the guidance of the grass-roots government and organizations.Adhere to multi-party synergy and multi-participation,and form the aggregation of capital,technology,talents,information,facilities and other elements,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
