基于肠道微生态探讨针刺改善功能性消化不良的应用研究

Application of Acupuncture in Improving FD Based on Intestinal Microecology

功能性消化不良(FD)是一种常见的功能性胃肠疾病,其发病机制尚不明确,有研究表明肠道微生态失调与功能性消化不良密切相关,针刺能够通过调节肠道微生物菌群改善FD症状。本研究从肠道微生态与功能性消化不良的关系、肠道菌群失调参与FD的发病机制、针刺改善功能性消化不良的可行性及可能的作用机制进行探讨,以期为治疗功能性消化不良提供新思路。

Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a common functional gastrointestinal disease.Its pathogenesis is still unclear.Studies have shown that intestinal microecological disorders are closely related to FD.Acupuncture can regulate the intestinal tract microbial flora,and improve the symptoms of FD.In this study,the relationship between intestinal microecology and FD,the pathogenesis of intestinal flora imbalance in FD,the feasibility and possible mechanism of acupuncture in improving FD were discussed,in order to provides new ideas for the treatment of FD.
