因冰面碎裂而落冰导致人员伤亡的事故每年在我国时有发生、造成一定程度的人员与财产损失。本文对落冰事故当前情况、风险因素进行了分析,探讨了落冰人员几种自救方法、单人或团队实施救援的几种常见他救方法,总结了几点注意事项。

Casualty accidents caused by ice drowning due to ice fragmentation occur frequently in China every year,resulting in loss of life and property.This paper analyzes the current situation and risk factors of ice drowning accidents,discusses several self-rescue methods of ice drowning personnel,several common rescue methods of single rescuers or team rescue,and summarizes some matters for attention.
