摘要
针对贵州省地形地貌多样,地质条件复杂,地质环境脆弱,地质灾害隐患多、散布范围广、区域分布不均,极端气候事件频发,地质灾害高发易发、危害程度严重等特点。本文通过复盘“7·23”特大山体滑坡基本情况、灾害特点、处置过程,分析讨论应急处置经验,提出了应对地质灾害应急处置能力建设对策建议。
In view of the characteristics of Guizhou Province,such as diverse topography and geomorphology,complex geological conditions,fragile geological environment,numerous hidden geological hazards,wide and uneven regional distribution of hazards,frequent extreme climate events,high incidence of geological hazards and serious hazards.Through reviewing the basic situation,disaster characteristics and disposal process of the"July 23"landslide,this paper analyzes and discusses the emergency disposal experience,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the developing emergency response capacity to deal with geological disasters.
