摘要
目前我国煤矿巷道掘进中广泛应用了锚索支护技术,其施工工艺为用锚杆钻架钻完孔后,工人手持锚索向上穿,将锚索送进钻凿孔,此施工过程费时费力,且需工人成组作业,严重影响锚索支护效率。本文设计了一种可安装在钻架上,由钻箱驱动的新型辅助送锚索装置,对装置的传动机构、锚索防滑坠机构以及供送机构进行了设计。同时,以操作方便、结构轻巧、适应性强为目标展开了一系列研究。样机试验测试表明,该设备的送锚索时间比人工送锚索缩短了30%以上。
At present,the anchor cable support technology is widely used in coal mine roadway excavation in China.Its construction technology is that after the hole is drilled with the anchor drill frame,the workers hold the anchor cable to go up.This construction process is time-consuming and laborious,and requires workers to work in groups,which seriously affects the support efficiency of the anchor cable.In this paper,a new type of auxiliary anchor cable feeding device driven by drill box is designed.The transmission mechanism,anchor cable anti slip mechanism and feeding mechanism of the device are designed.At the same time,a series of studies are carried out with the goal of convenient operation,light structure and strong adaptability.The testing of prototype shows that the time of sending anchor cable is shortened by more than 30%compared with that of manually sending anchor cable.
