Based on needs from cooling system for the reducer in the mine feeding crusher,the paper covers the operation and main components of lubrication system for the reducer in the mine equipment.It builds a math model for thermal power of the reducer and analyzes parameters related to the thermal balance of the reducer system.The paper also selects and designs key parts of the lubrication system and conducts the relevant calculations,providing a reference for the thermal balance calculations for the general mine equipment’s cooling systems and selection and design.
