摘要
以小型电子管式高频振荡器为研究对象,通过高频感应加热设备在小型钎焊中一机多能的应用问题,使一台设备输出多个频率,具有更宽的适应能力,应用于不同类别的钎具产品开发,以及多品种小批量钎具试生产。通过设计制作感应器,试验确定谐振参数,有效解决了钎具企业在研发阶段对不同类别、不同几何形状的钎具产品开发所需要的装备问题,降低了研发成本,缩短了研发周期,提高了产品质量。
This paper takes the small electronic tube type high frequency oscillator as the research object,through the high frequency induction heating equipment in the small brazing machine multi-function application qion,causes one equipment output many frequencies,causes it to have the broader adaptability,it can be used in the development of different kinds of drilling tools,as well as the trial production of various types and small batches of drilling tools.By designing and manufacturing the inductor and testing the resonance parameters determined,the equipment problems needed for the development of different types and geometric shapes of drilling tools in the research and development stage of drilling tools R&D enterprises are effectively solved,and the research and development cost is reduced,it shortens the R&D cycle and improves the product quality.
