高等工程职业教育四螺旋人才培养模式与机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 制造业是我国实体经济的根基,制造业的优化升级与先进制造业集群培育离不开高等工程职业教育高质量的人才供给。当前我国正处于“新工科”建设的关键节点,需要社会公众力量的积极参与已成为共识。因此,基于四螺旋理论模型,将“公众”引入到先进制造业人才培养模式中,以建构高等工程职业教育“高职院校—产业—政府—公众”协同耦合的四螺旋人才培养模式。阐述这一模式下高职院校、产业、政府、公众与先进制造业各要素之间的契合、互动、演进过程,并从供给侧结构性改革与需求侧管理动态协同的角度分析面向先进制造业的高等工程职业教育创新人才培养动力机制,为提高我国高等工程职业教育人才培养质量和为推动制造业优化升级供给高质量人才提供理论支持与理路参考。 Manufacturing industry is the foundation of China's real econony.The optimization and upgrading of manufacturing industry and the culivation of advanced manufacturing clusters are inseparnable from the supply of high-quality talents in higher engineering education.At present,China is at the critical point of the construction of"new engineering"in higher education,and the active participation of the public has become a consensus.Therefore,based on the quadruple helix theoretical model,the"public"is introduced into the talent training mode of advanced manufacturing industry,so as to build a quadruple helix talent cultivation mode of higher engineering vocational education with the synergy and coupling of"higher vocational college-industry-government-public".This paper expounds the integration,interaction and evolution of various elements among uni-versities,indutries,governments,the public and advanced manufacturing under this model,and analyzes the dynamic mecha nism of innovative talents training in advanced manufacturing in higher engineering education from the perspective of dynamic coordination of supply-side structural refom and demand-side management.It provides theoretical support and practical refer-ence for improving the quality of talents tnining in China's higher engineering education and supplying high-quality talents for the optimization and upgrading of manufacturing industry.
