国企技能大师工作室场域下“技能精英共同体”的生成与发展研究

国企技能大师工作室是提升产业工人技能水平的重要创新形式,其建立改变了企业内部原有的技术传递的垂直边界,在大师工作室场域下,以培训专业技能、组织生产攻关和传递精业品性为基本内容,大师工作室能够动员与组织包括一线工人、专业技术人员、科研院校专家等多元主体开展培训与攻关活动,以搭建平台性的组织构建了“技能精英共同体”模式,其生成机制在于自上而下的政府主导与自下而上的个体参与相结合。此外,大师工作室通过与企业内部劳动力市场机制进行有效连接,能够促进技能精英共同体的持续性发展,是对企业传统培训模式的新突破,对于培育壮大产业工人队伍,建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者大军具有重要意义。

The skil master studio of state-owned enterprises is an important innovative form to improve the skill level of industrial workers,and the establishment of it has changed the original vertical boundaries of technology transfer within the enter-prise.The studio can mobilize and organize mutiple subjects including front-line workers,professional and technical person-nel,and experts from scientifie research institutions to carry out taining and research activities,forming a"skilled elite com-munity"by establshing an organization of platform.Its formation mechanism lies in the combination of top-down government leading and bottom-up individual participation.In addition,through the efctive conection with the intemal labor market mechanism of the enterprise,the studio system can continuously construct and shape a community of skilled elites composed of high-quality laborers,which is a new breakthrough in the traditional taining mode of enteprises.It is of great significance for cultivating and expanding the team of industrial workers and building educated,skilled and innovative labor force.
