摘要
针对高比例新能源电力系统调峰运行问题,提出了火电机组调节能力在线评估方法,建立了火电机组调节能力评价的数据资源集合以及反映机组调节能力的各影响因素的评价指标体系,形成了火电机组调峰能力与调节速率分析的在线应用,可以有效支撑电力调度对火电机组调节能力的动态评估,为新能源消纳和电力系统安全稳定运行提供了技术保障。
In order to deal with the peak regulating operation problem of high proportion new energy power system,an online evaluation method of regulation capacity of thermal power units is proposed.The set of data resources for the regulation capacity evaluation of thennal power units and the evaluation index system reflecting the influencing factors of unit regulation capacity are established.And the online application of analysis of peak regulating capacity and regulation rate of thennal power units has been formed,which can effectively support the dynamic evaluation of power dispatching on regulation capacity of thennal power units,and provide technical support for consumption of new energy and safe and stable operation of the power system.
