住宅项目施工质量控制研究

Research on Construction Quality Control of Residential Projects

我国基础建设项目投资的增加,建筑施工队伍和建材生产工厂也随之增多,工程质量问题成为加大基础建设等重大决策成败的关键因素。住宅建筑更贴近于日常生活,介绍住宅项目施工过程中存在的质量问题,以石家庄盛世御城住宅项目为例,运用数学分析和理论论证,得出项目施工质量不足的原因以及应对措施,以期为项目施工质量提供可供借鉴的理论依据和实践指导。

With the increase in investment in infrastructure projects in China,the number of construction teams and building materials production plants has also increased.The quality of engineering has become a key factor in the success of major decisions such as infrastructure construction.Residential buildings are closer to our daily lives.This paper introduces the quality problems existing in the construction process of residential projects.Taking the Shijiazhuang ShengshiYucheng residential project as an example,using mathematical analysis and theoretical argumentation,the reasons for the lack of construction quality of the project and the countermeasures are obtained,in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction quality of the project.
