战略合作模式下的建筑供应链金融合谋风险研究——基于博弈分析角度

Research on Financial Collusion Risk of Construction Supply Chain under Strategic Cooperation Mode:Based on Game Analysis

为降低建筑供应链金融合谋风险、完善建筑供应链金融管理系统。文章从合谋风险的角度,提出将战略合作模式应用于建筑供应链金融中,运用博弈论方法,构建银行、核心发包企业、建筑企业三方博弈模型,通过对比引入战略合作模式前后三方策略的变化,论证战略合作模式的优势。结果表明:应用战略合作模式可降低合谋发生的概率,减少银行面临的合谋风险,同时银行应提高惩罚力度、加大未来合作的优惠政策等措施,来抑制合谋的发生。

In order to reduce the risk of construction supply chain financial collusion and improve the construction supply chain financial management system.From the perspective of collusion risk,this paper proposes to apply the strategic cooperation model to the construction supply chain finance,and uses the game theory method to construct the tripartite game model of banks,core contractors and construction enterprises.By comparing the changes of the tripartite strategies before and after the introduction of the strategic cooperation model,this paper demonstrates the advantages of the strategic cooperation model.The results show that the application of strategic cooperation mode can reduce the probability of collusion and reduce the risk of collusion faced by banks.At the same time,banks should improve punishment and increase preferential policies for future cooperation to suppress the occurrence of collusion.
