摘要
临时支撑结构广泛应用于钢结构安装领域,针对质量较轻构件安装,我们研发了一种三角形、可折叠的工具式钢构施工临时支撑。本文根据实际情况制定试验应变监测方案、位移测试方案、荷载施加方案,通过轴心受压试验,测试了该三角形可折叠式轻型临时支撑的力学性能及破坏模式,分析其工作状态时各方向的整体位移曲线及各构件的应变特性,进而分析其受力性能,得出了施工可行的理论依据。
Temporary support structures are widely used in the field of steel structure installation.For the installation of lighter components,we have developed a triangular and foldable tool type temporary support for steel structure construction.According to the actual situation,this paper formulates the test strain monitoring scheme,displacement test scheme and load application scheme.Through the axial compression test,the mechanical performance and failure mode of the triangular foldable light temporary support are tested,the overall displacement curve in all directions and the strain characteristics of each component are analyzed,and then the stress performance is analyzed.The theoretical basis for the feasibility of construction is obtained.
