滨海互通墩柱施工关键技术

摘要 杭甬高速公路复线宁波段一期滨海互通工程桥墩众多,主要工程内容为滨海互通立交、滨海高架桥,下部结构形式为现浇片墩、现浇承台、钻孔灌注桩。因桥址处海洋环境腐蚀性强、海风大、对混凝土的保护层厚度要求高,互通匝道纵横交错,桥墩形式众多,滨海互通墩柱施工比常规墩柱施工难度大。因此,针对此特点,项目部在总结以往墩柱施工工艺的基础上,在模板设计与施工、钢筋施工和混凝土浇筑等方面采取了相应的应对方案,对施工中出现的外观褶皱、水波纹等问题,提出了优化改进措施,并取得了良好的效果,为全桥乃至后续类似项目的施工提供了参考。 Many bridge piers were built in the Coastal Interconnection Project of the Ningbo Section of the Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway Double Line.The main content of the project include the Coastal Interconnection and the Coastal Viaduct.Due to the influence of strong marine corrosion and sea breeze,the high requirements for the thickness of the concrete protective layer.Considering the criss-crossing ramps and numerous forms of piers,the construction of the coastal interconnecting piers is more difficult than the construction of conventional piers.Therefore,in response to this feature,the project department has adopted corresponding solutions in formwork design and construction,reinforcement construction and concrete pouring on the basis of summarizing the previous construction techniques of piers and columns.problems,put forward optimization and improvement measures,and achieved good results,providing a reference for the construction of the whole bridge and subsequent similar projects.
