摘要
地铁盾构隧道在下穿既有运营线路施工过程中,由于施工对地层的扰动影响,易导致运营线路隧道产生异常变形,危及地铁运营。本文依托某市地铁6号线一区间在建工程在下穿既有运营线路的施工过程中对运营地铁结构产生的不良地质灾害情况,分析了既有运营线路异常变形的原因,选用微扰动注浆施工技术,通过对施工关键工序、施工参数的控制,使隧道变形得到显著改善,保障了既有运营线路的快速恢复,并为同类地铁隧道的变形控制提供了参考。
During the construction of metro shield tunnel under the existing operation line,due to the disturbance of the ground caused by the construction,it is easy to cause abnormal deformation of the operation line tunnel and endanger the metro operation.Relying on the adverse geological disasters caused by the operation subway structure during the construction of the first section of the subway line 6 in a city,this paper analyzes the reasons for the abnormal deformation of the existing operation line,selects the micro-disturbance grouting construction technology,and through the control of the key construction procedures and construction parameters,the tunnel deformation has been significantly improved,ensuring the rapid recovery of the existing operation line.It also provides a reference for the deformation control of similar subway tunnels.
