摘要
为了提高再生粗骨料的强化效率以及降低材料成本,本文提出了使用水玻璃对再生粗骨料进行喷洒强化的方法。经过不同浓度的水玻璃喷洒后,再生粗骨料的相关物理性能都能有所改善,其中当浓度为10%时,对再生粗骨料的强化效果最好,再生粗骨料的压碎指标、吸水率分别下降7.0%与16.1%,表观密度略有上升。与此同时,与传统的浸泡强化相比,喷洒强化对再生粗骨料的改善效果相当,但能大幅提高效率与降低成本。
In order to improve the strengthening efficiency of recycled coarse aggregate and reduce the cost of materials,this paper proposes a method of spraying and strengthening recycled coarse aggregate with water glass solution.After spraying different concentrations of water glass solution,the physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate are improved.When the concentration is 10%,the strengthening effect of recycled coarse aggregate is the best.The crushing index and water absorption rate of recycled coarse aggregate decrease by 7.0%and 16.1%respectively,and the apparent density increases slightly.At the same time,compared with the traditional soaking strengthening,spraying strengthening has the same effect on the improvement of recycled coarse aggregate,but can greatly improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
