摘要 针对实际工程中遇到的接线困难、线缆繁多等因素导致PLC等控制器模块无法或难以直接采集传感器信号的情况,本文以航空轮胎测温装置为例,利用温度采集模块TD-4018+,结合基于RS-485总线的MODBUS通信方式对轮胎温度进行采集。这种方法替代了原有的通过PLC-TC模块直接采集轮胎温度的方式,解决了控制器至温度传感器之间走线困难的问题,提高了线缆工作的安全性,且通过博图TIA Portal V16软件在线监测,不影响温度采集的准确性。 In view of the fact that PLC and other controller modules are unable or difficult to directly collect sensor signals due to the factors such as difficult wiring and many cables encountered in the actual project,this paper takes the aviation tire temperature measurement device as an example,uses the temperature acquisition module TD-4018+,and combines the Modbus communication mode based on RS-485 bus to collect the tire temperature.This method replaces the original way of directly collecting tire temperature through PLC-TC module,solves the problem of difficult wiring between controller and temperature sensor,and improves the safety of cable working.Through TIA Portal V16 online monitoring,the accuracy of temperature acquisition is not affected.
