持久蠕变试验技术的综合优化设计

摘要 通过对常规机械式持久蠕变试验机高温加热炉、高温夹具、加载/卸载方式、调平方式及数据测试系统综合优化设计,提升了测试能力,提高了测试技术水平,降低了测试成本。通过在加载拉杆接入载荷传感器,有效防止了加载砝码出错,实现了加载砝码力的可追溯查询,提高了试验数据的可靠性。 Through the comprehensive optimization design of high temperature heating furnace,high temperature fixture,the method of loading/unloading and leveling,data testing system of the conventional mechanical stress rupture and creep testing machine,the testing ability and the level of testing technique are improved,as well as the testing cost is reduced.Because a load sensor is connected at the end of the pull rod of the testing machine,the weight loading error is effectively prevented,and the traceability inquiry of loading weight is realized,meanwhile the reliability of the test data is improved.
