摘要
为解决当前矿井排水系统机电设备线路老化、自动化程度低、不能远程控制的难题,开发了一套基于物联网的矿井排水远程控制系统,对原自控系统进行升级改造。改造后的自控系统上位机选用手机APP为监控软件,下位机选用S7-300 PLC为中央控制器,现场执行元件由液位计、流量计等组成。系统工作时,PLC采集现场液位计、流量计发送的信号,经PLC内部预设程序处理后发送给智能工业网关RTU;RTU数据处理后,利用5G物联网技术把数据上传到云服务器,手机APP监控软件与云服务器相连,最终实现了设备的远程监控。试运行结果显示,改造后的系统能实时远程监控矿井机电设备,达到了预期的目标。
In order to solve the problems of aging electromechanical equipment lines,low degree of automation,and inability to remotely control the current mine drainage system,a remote-control system for mine drainage based on the Internet of Things was developed to upgrade the original automatic control system.After the transformation,the upper computer of the system adopted mobile APP as the monitoring software,and the lower computer adopted S7-300 PLC as the central controller,the actuating element consisted of liquid level meter,flowmeter and so on.When the system was working,the PLC collected the signals sent by the on-site level gauge and flow meter,and sent it to the intelligent industrial gateway RTU after being processed by the PLC s internal preset program.After the RTU processed the data,it used the 5G Internet of Things technology to upload the data to the cloud server.The mobile APP monitoring software was connected to the cloud server,and finally the remote monitoring of the device was realized.The results of the trial operation show that the transformed system can remotely monitor the equipment in real time and achieves the expected goal.
