摘要
实现乡村振兴战略的首要任务是乡村人才振兴,重点在于推进农村职业教育在地化发展,即在城乡融合基础上发挥“三农”主场优势,发展符合乡村特征、具有乡土特色的农村职业教育,培养“留得下、靠得住”的乡村人才。乡村振兴战略要求农村职业教育进行在地化变革,首先要在内涵上做出相应调整,要发展成为植根乡村、注重农民在职培训的“为农”式教育;其次要对教育对象进行根本转变,以农民为主要对象;最后在发展策略上要进行在地化探索,包括教育团队、资源、内容及方式的在地化,以推进乡村人才振兴。
The primary task of realizing the strategy of rural revitalization is to realize the revitalization of rural talents, and the key point is to promote the localized development of rural vocational education that is to give full play to the advantages of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" on the basis of the integration of urban and rural areas. We should develop rural vocational education with rural characteristics and local characteristics, and cultivate rural talents who can stay and be reliable. The strategy of rural revitalization requires that rural vocational education should be localized. First of all, the connotation of rural vocational education should be adjusted accordingly, and rural vocational education should be developed into a "for agriculture" education, which is rooted in rural areas and pays attention to farmers’ onthe-job training. Secondly, we should carry out a fundamental change in the object of education, facing farmers and taking farmers as customers. Finally, localized exploration should be carried out in the development strategy, including the localization of educational teams, resources, contents and methods, in order to promote the revitalization of rural talents.
