民族乡村地区职业教育“双高计划”建设的多重逻辑

摘要 “双高计划”是国家鼓励职业教育院校高质量发展的战略举措,也是民族地区落实乡村振兴战略的重要措施。为优化民族乡村地区“双高计划”建设,需要分析其工作运行的多重逻辑。民族乡村地区职业教育“双高计划”背后蕴藏的理论逻辑可划分出三个维度,分别是振兴乡村的经济逻辑、乡情召唤的文化逻辑及全面发展的教育逻辑。文章从实践逻辑出发探索民族乡村地区职业教育实现现代化的有效路径。 "Double high school construction" is a landmark strategic measure of the state to encourage the high-quality development of vocational education colleges. It is also an important measure for ethnic minority areas to implement the strategyof the rural revitalization strategy. Under the background of "double high construction", vocational education in ethnic minority areas has entered a period of rapid development by cultivating high-quality talents in relevant specialties. In order to optimize the work of "double high construction" in ethnic rural areas, it is necessary to analyze the multiple logic of its operation. The theoretical logic behind the "double-high construction" of vocational education in ethnic areas can be divided into three dimensions: the economic logic of rural revitalization, the cultural logic of nostalgia calling and the educational logic of all-round development. This paper explores the effective path to realize modernization of vocational education in minority areas from the practical logic.
