摘要
有效的家校育人是实现学生成才的重要途径。本研究聚焦于“家”和“校”,基于协同理论,探讨中职家校共育的现状及分析存在的问题,提出发挥学校教育的主导性、引导学生与父母建立良好的亲子关系等对策,以提升中职家校共育实效,为培养新时代中职生助力。
Effective home-school education is an important way to achieve students’ success. This study focuses on home and school, based on the synergy theory, discusses the current situation of home-school co-parenting in secondary vocational schools and analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward countermeasures such as giving play to the leading role of school education and guiding students to establish a good parent-child relationship with their parents, so as to improve the effectiveness of home-school co-parenting in secondary vocational schools and help cultivate secondary vocational students in the new era.
