摘要
以广州华夏职业学院现代物流管理专业为例,探索构建植入职业精神和行业文化教育的“423”人才培养模式。“全链条”“多场景”地将职业精神和行业文化教育植入人才培养体系,对学生进行职业信念、职业态度、职业行为习惯教育和优秀行业文化熏陶,关注学生在社会归属感和自我实现等方面更高层次的需求。
Taking modern logistics management major of Guangzhou Huaxia Vocational College as an example, this paper explores the construction of "423" talent cultivation mode implanted with professional spirit and industry culture education. Under this mode, professional spirit and industry culture are implanted in talents training in a "full-chain" and "multi-scene" manner, and students are educated on professional belief, professional attitude, professional behavior and habits, nourished with excellent industry culture, and pay attention to students’ higher needs in terms of social belonging and self-realization.
