摘要 探究职业教育一体化的内生逻辑,构建其支持系统与评价体系,是职业教育一体化从理论研究进入实际应用的重要步骤。文章从动态发展过程、内涵要义、实现路径等层面对职业教育一体化的内生逻辑进行解析;根据“承载力—支持力—吸引力—延续力—发展力”(CSAED)模型,从共生发展的职业教育环境支持体系、统筹共建的产教融合发展体系、共享发展的职业教育资源联动体系、包容开放的职业教育科创互动体系、运行有效的职业教育政策制度体系等层面构建支持系统评价体系,为系统研究职业教育一体化提供理论依据与方法体系。 Exploring the internal logic of vocational education integration and constructing its support system and evaluation system are the important steps for vocational education integration to enter practical application from theoretical research. This paper analyzes the endogenous logic of vocational education integration from the aspects of dynamic development process, connotation and realization path. Based on the model of "carrying capacity--supporting force--attractive force--extensibility--development force"(CSAED), this paper provides theoretical basis and methodological system for the systematic study of vocational education integration, from the aspects of symbiotic development of vocational education environment support system, overall planning and co-construction of industry-education integrated development system, shared development of vocational education resources linkage system, inclusive and open interactive system of scientific innovation of vocational education, and effective operation of vocational education policy system.
