差异化纱线品种波谱图分析与探讨

摘要 文章以生产实践举例分析了差异化原料纯纺及混纺品种牵伸波分类、产生原因以及生产过程中的解决方案和措施,结果表明:牵伸力过大造成的主牵伸波,可通过减小粗纱定量和捻系数,配合大的细纱后区牵伸隔距或大的后区牵伸倍数来改善;意外牵伸可能会造成多波段的牵伸波,也可能会造成长粗节、长细节或支偏疵点,一般可通过增加粗纱捻系数或减小细纱后区牵伸倍数来解决。 Based on production practice,the paper analyzes the classification and causes of the draft waves during pure spinning and blending of differentiated fibers and puts forward solutions and measures for the process of production.Results indicated that excessive drafting force caused the main draft wave,which can be improved by reducing the roving weight and twist factor and combing with a large back draft gauge or a large back draft ratio.In addition,accidental drafting may result in multi-band drafting waves,long slubs,long thin places defects,or wrong yarn count,which can be solved by increased roving twist factor or decreased back draft ratio.
