摘要
地下水监测数据质量管理办法是对《地下水管理条例》的贯彻落实,是组织实施层面的管理细则,是保障地下水监测工作技术支撑服务有效性的关键一环。文章结合有关规范要求,系统总结了河北省地下水监测过程中数据质量管理经验,针对河北省地下水监测数据质量管理办法的制定,从框架结构、总则、管理岗位和职责、数据类型和采集方法、数据采集管理、数据录入管理、数据审核管理、数据入库管理、数据维护管理、数据统计分析管理、附则等方面进行探讨,以期为地下水监测数据质量管理提供参考。
The quality management of groundwater monitoring network is the detailed implementation of the Regulation on Groundwater Management and the key step to ensure the effectiveness of technical support for groundwater monitoring. This paper systematically summarizes the experience of data quality management in the process of groundwater monitoring in Hebei Province in combination with the requirements of relevant specifications. In view of the formulation of quality management of groundwater monitoring data in Hebei Province, it discusses the framework structure, general principles, management roles and responsibilities, data types and collection methods, data collection management, data entry management, data audit management, data warehousing management, data maintenance management, data statistical analysis management, supplementary articles, etc. in order to provide reference for the quality management of groundwater monitoring data.
