水利工程不动产登记在浙江的实践

The practice of real estate registration of water conservancy projects in Zhejiang Province

2020年11月以来,浙江省在水利工程确权登记领域进行了有益探索,推行水利工程产权化改革,要求对符合条件的水利工程进行不动产权登记。文章梳理分析水利工程不动产权登记存在的常见问题,总结了水利工程不动产权登记的主要做法,即按照自然资源部门通行要求开展不动产权登记,或与自然资源部门创新开展不动产权登记,可为水利工程产权人开展不动产权登记提供参考。

Since November 2020, Zhejiang Province has launched beneficial exploration in right registration of water conservancy project, carried out the reform of water conservancy project property rights, and required the real property rights registration of qualified water conservancy projects. This paper sorts out and analyzes the common problems in the real property rights registration of water conservancy projects, summarizes the main practices of the real property rights registration of water conservancy projects, including the real property rights registration in accordance with the general requirements of natural resources departments and innovative real property registration with natural resources departments, which can provide references for the property owners of water conservancy project to carry out real property registration.
