高职与本科院校教师发展中心对比研究——兼谈高职教师发展中心的高质量建设路径 被引量:2

A Comparative Study of Teacher Development Centers in Higher Vocational and Undergraduate Colleges——Discuss the High Quality Construction Path of Higher Vocational Teachers'Development Center

摘要 加快高职院校教师发展中心建设是打造高素质职业教育师资团队,推动职业教育高质量发展的重要举措。基于对国内200所高水平高职院校与本科院校教师发展中心在发展水平、组织架构与职能定位上的系统调研,客观分析当前高职院校与本科院校教师发展中心建设的现状与特征差异,提出高职院校教师发展中心的建设路径:聚焦顶层设计,合理设置高职院校教师发展中心组织体系;聚焦系统规划,构建“双师双能”为核心的分层分类教师发展体系;聚焦教学规律,科学化、精准化设计教师培训模式;聚焦教改研究,研训融通驱动高职教育“三教”改革。 Speeding up the construction of vocational college teacher development center is an important measure to build high quality vocational education teacher team and promote the high quality development of vocational education.Based on the systematic investigation of the development level,organizational structure and functional orientation of the teacher development centers of 200 high-level higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges in China,this paper objectively analyzes the current situation and characteristic differences in the construction of teacher development centers of higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges,and puts forward the construction path of teacher development centers of higher vocational colleges:Focus on top-level design,set up a reasonable organization system of vocational college teacher development center;Focusing on system planning,a hierarchical and classified teacher development system with“double talents and double abilities”as the core is constructed;Focusing on teaching rules,scientific and precise design of teacher training model;Focus on education reform research,research and training integrated drive higher vocational education“three education”reform.
