承认、对话与共鸣:新时代高校思政课师生共同体的三重构建原则 被引量:1

摘要 新时代推动高校思政课朝向高质量发展具有重大战略意义。维系自身教育正义、提升课堂教学有效性与达成“立德树人”根本追求是当下高校思政课亟需破解的三重常见难题。高校思政课可以通过革新师生共同体建构原则分别予以应对。依循“承认”原则,师生通过在爱、权利与成就3个领域建立起承认关系,可防范思政教育场域中不义现象的萌生。依循“对话”原则,师生通过规范的主体间课堂语言互动共主课堂、共享视域、共筑信念,可显著提升课堂教学的有效性。依循“共鸣”原则,师生通过聆听与回应世界与彼此来祛除育人活动中的“全面掌控”思维,可有效落实高校思政课“立德树人”目标。 In the new era,it is of great strategic significance to promote the development of the ideological and political courses in higher education.The three challenges that need to be addressed in the process of reforming and developing the courses are to maintain educational justice,to enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching and to achieve the fundamental pursuit of“Building Virtue and Cultivating People”.These issues can be solved by reforming the construction principles of the teacher-and-student's community.By implementing the principle of‘recognition’,teachers and students can establish a relationship of recognition in the three areas of love,rights and achievement.Then they can prevent the emergence of injustice in the educational field.By implementing the principle of‘discourse’,teachers and students can co-direct the class,share the field of vision and strength their belief through normative inter-subjective classroom language interactions.Then they can significantly enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching and learning.By implementing the principle of“resonance”,teachers and students who eliminates the“complete control”mindset can listen and respond to the world and each other during the education activities,then they can achieve the fundamental goal of the course.
