汉语国际教育专业“复合型”人才协同培养研究 被引量:1

摘要 汉语国际教育本科专业近年来由于受到社会就业环境与人才培养模式的影响,出现学生毕业出口狭窄、对口就业率低的普遍现象。针对这一问题,本文从开展专业教育改革进行构思,探讨建立开放性、融合性特征的“复合型”人才协同培养体系的意义与模式。认为应当通过教育革新,提高学生国际化、强实践的专业技能,奠定学生大文科“微专业”的职业群基础,打开学生理工类“微课程”的科技视野,进而达到从作为人才“供给侧”的高校内部实现人才培养分流、拓宽学生就业口径的目标。由此,在提高学生对就业环境的适应力的同时,也能够促进汉语国际教育本科专业的良性发展。 In recent years,due to the influence of social employment environment and talent training mode,the undergraduate major of Chinese international education has a common phenomenon of narrow graduation exit and low counterpart employment rate.In view of this problem,the paper conceives of carrying out professional education reform,discusses the significance and mode of establishing an open and integrated“composite”talent collaborative training system,and believes that it is necessary to improve students’international and practical professional skills through education reform,lay the foundation for students’major groups of liberal Arts and micro majors,From these three aspects,we can achieve the goal of talent training diversion and broadening the employment scope of students from within the universities as the“supply side”of talents.While improving the adaptability of students to the employment environment,we can also promote the benign development of the undergraduate major of Chinese international education.
