眼球内测压与眼内压力的分布

摘要 准确的眼压测量在青光眼等眼病中至关重要,直接测量眼球内压力可避免角膜对测量准确性的影响,并可明确眼后段压力及眼球内压力的分布情况。目前已有安全微创的设备用于前房及玻璃体腔的压力测量。瞳孔阻滞、无晶状体以及玻璃体腔成分改变等可影响前房与玻璃体腔的压力分布,进行眼球内压力测量还可为恶性青光眼等疾病提供更多的信息与诊疗新思路。 Accurate intraocular pressure(IOP)measurement is crucial in eye diseases such as glaucoma.Direct measurement of intraocular pressure can avoid the influence of the cornea on the measurement accuracy and clarify the pressure in the posterior eye segment as well as the distribution of the pressure inside the eyeball.Safe and minimally invasive devices are currently available for the pressure measurement of the anterior chamber and the vitreous cavity.Pupillary block,aphakia and the changes in the composition of the vitreous cavity can affect the pressure distribution in the anterior chamber and the vitreous cavity.Performing intraocular pressure measurements can provide more information and new ideas for diagnosis and treatment of malignant glaucoma and other certain diseases.
