水泥回转窑筒体表面余热利用方案的工程设计

摘要 为了充分利用水泥窑的余热资源,通过窑筒体换热罩这种余热回收装置将水泥回转窑筒体表面的余热资源进行回收,再通过供热管道将热量输送给厂区的各用户,进一步满足企业用户的内部用热需求。通过余热利用,既可降低能源损耗和企业的运行成本,又具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。以北方某水泥回转窑筒体表面余热利用项目为例,通过引入换热罩单位长度平均换热量的概念,提出一种可行的回转窑筒体余热回收方案,并进行相关的设备选型。该方案投资小、施工时间短、安装灵活、节能效果显著,值得推广。 In order to make full use of the waste heat resources of cement kiln,the waste heat resources on the surface of cement rotary kiln cylinder are recovered by the waste heat recovery device of kiln cylinder heat shield,and then the heat is transported to the users in the factory through the heat supply pipeline,so as to further meet the internal heat needs of enterprise users.The utilization of waste heat can not only reduce the energy consumption and the operation cost of enterprises,but also bring good social and economic benefits.Taking the waste heat utilization project on the surface of a cement rotary kiln in North China as an example,a feasible waste heat recovery scheme of rotary kiln cylinder was proposed by introducing the concept of average heat transfer per unit length of heat exchange shield,and related equipment selection was carried out.The scheme is worth promoting because of its small investment,short construction time,flexible installation and remarkable energy-saving effect.
