摘要
对水泥项目建设必备筒仓施工装备及施工工艺、工法进行研究,形成滑倒一体装备,从而改变当前水泥建设中常用的滑升装备组装复杂、组装作业施工工效低,拆除作业材料损耗量大,且仅可应用于直径﹤45m筒仓结构的施工现状,从而提升该装备通用性和周转使用率。
The necessary silo construction equipment,construction technology and construction method for the construction of cement project are studied to form a sliding and falling integrated equipment,so as to overcome the current situation that the assembly of sliding equipment commonly used in cement construction is complex,the construction efficiency of assembly operation is low,the material consumption of demolition operation is large,and can only be applied to the construction of silo structure with a diameter of less than 45m,So as to improve the universality and turnover utilization rate of the equipment.
