基于压力温度特征智能感知技术的变压器智能压力释放阀研究

摘要 变压器压力释放阀是用来保护变压器油箱的重要组配件,由于缺少油压变化感知手段,现场运行人员无法对故障暂态过程中的油压特征进行分析和研究。变压器的油温、油位以及他们之间的变化关系与压力释放阀的感知压力变化直接相关,但是目前很少有这方面的系统研究。本文中作者介绍了一种以变压器油位、油温和压力为研究对象,借助微传感技术及微处理器技术设计数据采集分析系统,实时采集油温、压力值,设计智能调整时间窗算法,计算油温、压力的变化情况,评估油位、油温的关系曲线是否合理,指导运维人员进行补油或排油,并且可根据预设的油温、压力阈值作为触发条件对变化情况进行记录,作为故障预警和故障后期分析的有效手段。 The transformer pressure relief valve is an important component used to protect the transformer oil tank. Due to the lack of oil pressure change sensing means, the field operators cannot analyze and study the oil pressure characteristics in the fault transient process. The transformer oil temperature, oil level and the relationship between them are directly related to the perceived pressure change of the pressure relief valve, but there is little systematic research in this field at present.This paper introduces a data acquisition and analysis system based on the oil level, oil temperature and pressure of pressure relief valve of transformer. With the help of micro sensor technology and microprocessor technology, it designs a real-time oil temperature and pressure value, designs an intelligent adjustment time window algorithm, calculates the changes of oil temperature and pressure, evaluates the relationship between oil level and oil temperature, and realizes the dynamic diagnosis of oil temperature and pressure according to the preset oil temperature The pressure threshold is used as a trigger condition to record the changes, and as an effective means of fault early warning and post fault analysis.
