摘要
从变压器直流偏磁振动产生机理及材料特性出发,提出变压器直流偏磁下的振动模型、风险评估方法及参考限值,对特高压直流输电工程单极对地运行下的极址周边发电机变压器和电网主变压器开展振动测试,验证振动模型及评估方案,为变压器直流偏磁下的振动特性及风险评估提供借鉴。
Based on the mechanism and material properties of transformer DC bias vibration, the vibration model, risk assessment method and reference limit of transformer under DC bias are proposed. Vibration tests are carried out for generator transformers and power grid main transformers around the pole site under unipolar to ground operation of UHVDC transmission projects. The vibration model and evaluation scheme are verified to provide reference for the vibration characteristics and risk assessment of transformers under DC magnetic bias.
