阵发性心房颤动患者植入心肌收缩力调节器1例

Use of cardiac contractility modulation in a patient with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

心肌收缩力调节器(CCM)是以2导线或3导线工作方式提供心肌收缩力调节的疗法,适用于不适合心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)25%~45%、接受药物治疗仍有症状的纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级Ⅲ级心力衰竭患者。国内少有心房颤动患者CCM植入报道,本文报道对1例阵发性心房颤动患者植入CCM治疗心力衰竭。

Cardiac contractivity modulation(CCM)is a therapy that provides cardiac contractile force regulation in a 2-lead system or 3-lead Optimizer system.It is suitable for heart failure patients with cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT)non-responder,25%≤left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)≤45%,and NYHA ClassⅢsymptoms despite the Optimal drug therapy(OMT).There is no report on CCM implantation in patients with atrial fibrillation in China.In this case,we report a heart failure patient with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation treated with CCM implantation.
