建筑工程项目管理中监理模式优化与实践创新研究

摘要 随着经济的发展,建筑行业迎来了新的发展挑战,建筑工程项目管理中监理模式也在业主、承包商以及监理之间形成了不相等的结构。但对于现阶段下我国工程监理运行情况而言,监理在日常工作中主要偏向于施工开展时的管控工作,对整个施工过程及质量管控有较大的权利,然而在前期整个工程的建设设计、完工后的检验以及后期建筑维护方面却存在较大的缺陷。在某种意义上,出现此类现象证明了现阶段下我国在工程监理方面存在一定的片面性,不能将工程监理的作用充分发挥,难以合理运用于工程项目管理当中并取得应用优势。基于此,对监理在建筑工程项目管理过程中的作用和管理进行了研究,并提出了监理模式的优化措施,旨在提升管理效率、质量,推动建筑企业的长远发展,为我国社会经济建设带来有力推动。 With the development of economy,the construction industry is facing new development challenges.The super-vision mode in the construction project management has also formed an unequal structure among owners,contractors and supervisors.However,for the current situation of China's engineering supervision operation,the supervisor mainly focu-ses on the control work during the construction,and has greater rights over the whole construction process and quality control.However,there are major defects in the construction design of the whole project in the early stage,the inspection after completion,and the later construction maintenance.In a sense,this kind of phenomenon proves that China has cer-tain one-sidedness in engineering supervision at the present stage.It can not give full play to the role of engineering super-vision,and it is difficult to reasonably apply it to engineering project management and obtain application advantages.Based on this,this paper studies the role and current situation of supervision in the process of construction project management,and puts forward the optimization measures of supervision mode,aiming at improving the efficiency and quality of man-agement,promoting the long term development of construction enterprises,and bringing strong impetus to China's social and economic construction.
