在装配式建筑工程中,PC构件的制造和现场组装是工程的主要环节,其制造质量的好坏将直接关系整个工程的质量。在具体的施工过程中,要根据有关技术、质量要求,选用合适的施工工艺和设备,对PC构件进行吊装。施工单位要严格按照施工规程进行吊装和组装,确保工程的整体质量。因此,对PC构件的装配技术进行了分析,并结合工程实例对PC构件的施工技术提出了优化策略。

In the prefabricated construction project,the manufacturing and on-site assembly of PC components are the main links of the project,and the quality of its manufacturing will directly affect the quality of the whole project.In the specific construction process,the appropriate construction technology and equipment shall be selected according to the rel­evant technical and quality requirements to hoist the PC components.The construction unit shall carry out hoisting and as­sembly in strict accordance with the construction procedures to ensure the overall quality of the project.Therefore,the as­sembly technology of PC components is analyzed,and the optimization strategy for the construction technology of PC components is put forward combining with engineering examples.
