价格控制是整个建设工程造价的重要组成部分。招投标可将工程成本降至最低,帮助企业节约更多成本。但是目前我国在招投标阶段的价格控制存在很多问题为使建设企业能够更好地投标,促进建设行业的稳定发展,从建设项目招投标工作中项目造价控制特点出发,对工程造价与招投标管理中成本价问题进行了分析,并提出了有效措施,以期为相关人员提供参考。

Price control is an important part of the whole construction project cost.Bidding can minimize the project cost and help enterprises save more costs.But at present,there are many problems in the price control at the bidding stage in China.In order to enable construction enterprises to bid better and promote the stable development of the construction in­dustry,starting from the characteristics of project cost control in construction project bidding,this paper analyzes the problem of project cost and cost price in bidding management,and puts forward effective measures to provide reference for relevant personnel.
