房屋建筑工程监理现场质量管理研究

随着我国各城市的基建投资水平不断提高以及人们日渐增长的住房需求,房屋建筑工程的规模也在不断壮大。对于房屋建筑工程而言,建设决策会直接影响整个工程的施工质量。监理单位的主要作用是对房屋建筑工程中的各个工程项目进行全面质量把控,想要提高房屋建筑工程的施工质量,就需要全面提高监理工作质量。因此,对目前我国房屋建筑工程特点、监理任务、监理方法进行了分析,并结合当前工程现场监管技术发展提出了对应的优化策略,希望为监理工作发展提供参考。

With the continuous improvement of the level of infrastructure investment in China's cities and the increasing demand for housing,the scale of housing construction projects is also growing.For the housing construction project,the construction decision will directly affect the construction quality of the whole project.The main role of the supervision unit is to control the overall quality of each project in the housing construction project.If you want to improve the construction quality of the housing construction project,you need to comprehensively improve the supervision quality.Therefore,this paper analyzes the characteristics,supervision tasks and supervision methods of housing construction projects in China,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies based on the current development of engineering site supervision technology,hoping to provide reference for the development of supervision work.
