土木工程高层建筑的质量直接关系到人们的生产生活,高层建筑能提高土地利用效率,有效緩解城市建设用地不足的情况。在土木工程高层建筑中,目前普遍采用桩基、箱基、筏基等桩基施工技术。桩基施工是影响工程质量的重要因素,因此施工单位必须对其进行严格的施工技术控制。基于此,介绍了土木工程高层建筑桩基施工内容,阐述了桩基施工关键技术,分析了高层建筑桩基施工技术应用过程中存在的问题,并提出了提高高层建筑桩基础施工质量的有效措施。

The quality of civil engineering high-rise buildings is directly related to people's production and life.High-rise buildings can improve the efficiency of land use and effectively alleviate the shortage of urban construction land.At pres-ent,pile foundation,box foundation,raft foundation and other pile foundation construction technologies are widely used in civil engineering high-rise buildings.Pile foundation construction is an important factor affecting the project quality,so the construction unit must strictly control its construction technology.Based on this,this paper introduces the content of pile foundation construction in civil engineering high-rise buildings,expounds the key technology of pile foundation construc-tion,analyzes the problems existing in the application of pile foundation construction technology in high-rise buildings,and puts forward effective measures to improve the construction quality of pile foundation in high-rise buildings.
